Why a Blog?

I even ask myself this same question. Why a blog?

Oh I’ll hear- “so you’re gonna be a blOgger now?” ” Why a blog? ” “What’s it gonna be about? ” Me – ” not really, whatever that is. ” ” I don’t know. ” ” I don’t know. ”

Really, it’s so I don’t post eteranlly random thoughts, ideas, and especially feelings on social media which is viewed by the likes of every single family member and ex family members (i. e. Inlaws) and past teachers.  I am not sure how crazy they already deem me to be, because you know that card is placed if you think the slightest but different at all, but if I continue to post true thoughts I’m FB and IG, I’m sure my kids friends won’t be allowed to stay the night anymore.

So that’s why I’m writing a blog.

      Thanks.. In my head it does too. Yet I am terrible at being consistent. When i created it, I wasn’t working so much and planned to just focus on publishing what I have written. I feel like I will be too random and that no one wants to read poetry and prose anymore. I know if I still do, there must be others out there who still do. Yet this is more cathartic for me than anything, so do i even need followers. Hmmmm I’m overthinking it, which is the story of life.
